Factory Workers

WinTime SpA WinTime Spa - Employment Agency, authorized by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, with protocol n°13/I/0003507/04.01 dated 14/02/2008, is seeking Factory Workers for the Salerno area. The selected resources will be inserted in the maintenance and repair department for industrial and commercial vehicles. An initial direct or temporary contract is offered, aimed at stabilization and continuous training opportunities. Main responsibilities: - Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance on vehicles. - Diagnostic and resolution of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems. - Replace or repair defective components, such as brakes, motors, and transmissions. - Use specialized tools and equipment to perform repairs. - Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair activities. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and high-quality work. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in mechanics is preferred (preferred requirement). - Previous experience in repairing industrial vehicles or cars. - Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. - Ability to use diagnostic and repair tools. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Skills: - Ability to work independently and in a team. - Good communication and relational skills.
