Credit Audit Assistant

• Salary: $2000 - $2600 + VB (Up to 3mths) + Flexi $800 per year
• Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm

Job Scope:

• Support Credit team in basic audit and credit functions such as client monitoring, reviews and follow up.
• Review clients accounts receivable, invoices, and financial records to verify authenticity and accuracy.
• Assess clients financial position and internal controls to identify irregularities or early warning signals.
• Prepare clear and concise audit reports highlighting findings, risks, and recommendations.
• Ensure adherence to internal audit standards and contribute to continuous process improvement
• 10% travel to client sites to conduct audit / credit reviews.
• Any other additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• No experience required, Training will be provided
• Good career prospects and career path
• Minimum any certificate in accounting or business administration, or related field
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and report writing skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Words
• Good working attitude, ability to work with people and willingness to learn.
• Independent, meticulous, reliable, and able to manage tight deadlines or multiple audits concurrently
