Facility Technician

Job Responsibilities: Carry out in-house preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance for all facilities, building and services system. Attend to day-to-day maintenance operations for all facilities, building and services system and maintain proper records of maintenance checklists and documentations. Liaising and coordinating with contractors for routine servicing and emergency repair in order to keep all the above systems in operational state. Perform standby / duty to attend to system failures or breakdowns as required. Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with established procedures, guidelines and regulations. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including checklists, reports and documentation. Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and minimize disruptions to normal operations. Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues as needed.
