Job Title and Role Purpose: FACILITY SPECIALIST – Maintenance Sector The resource we wish to contact has gained experience in managing ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities, specifically in the building/construction industry. They have been responsible for coordinating suppliers and planning interventions. Main Corporate Values Entrepreneurial spirit and Innovation Eco-Friendly Zero Distance Organizational Chart Reports directly to the Maintenance Office Manager Main Responsibilities • Manage and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities • Perform a technical analysis of the services required (Preventive and extraordinary maintenance on general systems and generic activities) • Manage suppliers (Selection, verification of skills, request and verification of offers) • Plan activities and technical interventions (Organization and execution of work) • Manage reports and operational emergencies Competences Technical (Hard Skills) • Technical diploma or Engineering degree • Previous experience in the role, preferably in multi-site contexts • Good knowledge of technical regulations and safety standards • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office • Possession of a B driving license • Availability to work on Torino and province Abilità Personali (Soft Skills) • Excellent organizational and teamwork skills • Good priority management • Ability to work towards objectives • Excellent problem-solving skills • Stress and priority management Conditions of contract • Place of work: surroundings Nichelino (TO). • Working hours and work-life balance: Monday to Friday 8.30-12.30 and 13.30-17.30 • Employment type: Full Time. Determined/Undetermined.
