Facility Officer
Job description
As Facility Officer at Securitas, you are the hub in managing and coordinating facility activities.
Responsibilities:
You manage and coordinate the facility needs of our offices.
You organize and schedule preventive maintenance sessions throughout the year.
You implement and manage a ticketing system for registering and tracking reports, questions, and issues.
You assign technical subcontractors and follow their work (such as gates, lifts, access control, handyman services)
You manage all statutory inspections and ensure they are always available.
You contribute to implementing and maintaining ISO, VCA, and other certifications within the organization.
You manage office supplies orders.
You manage the portfolio of our buildings and regularly visit regional offices.
