Job description
Your Tasks:
- You manage FM projects, ensure a legally secure building operation, and optimize lifecycle costs.
- You coordinate performance agreements with the core business, control budgets and investments, and conduct performance comparisons.
- You continuously adapt the FM strategy to corporate goals and are familiar with all relevant standards, norms, and statutory guidelines.
- You support the Senior Project Manager in construction projects and accompany the team throughout all phases of project development.
- You take over data and document management, prepare reports, and keep track of schedules, budgets, and resources.
- You manage contracts with contractors and ensure compliance with agreements.
- You serve as a central point of contact, communicate with internal and external stakeholders, and coordinate all relevant information.
- You prepare project meetings before and after, create protocols, and take on general administrative tasks.
