We are looking for a dedicated Facility Manager to manage the operations and maintenance of our residential projects in Pipera.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination of daily maintenance, cleaning, and security activities.
- Liaising with service providers and managing contracts.
- Monitoring the technical condition of buildings and planning inspections.
- Managing the technical team reporting to you.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in building administration / facility management.
- Good organizational, communication, and team coordination skills.
- Solution-oriented and attention to detail.
