Facility Manager

Key Responsibilities Manage daily facility operations and ensure uninterrupted building services. Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues promptly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment. Monitor and control energy consumption, water usage, and waste management. Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Foster strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
