We are looking for a Facility Manager (m/w/d) who is passionate about real estate and has experience in property management, maintenance, and revitalization. Your tasks will include: • Developing and implementing strategies for the management of our properties, • Coordinating with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth operations, • Conducting regular inspections and assessments of our properties to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement, • Collaborating with our maintenance team to develop and implement maintenance plans, • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and partnerships. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in real estate, architecture, engineering, or a related field, • At least 3 years of experience in property management, maintenance, and revitalization, • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, • Excellent communication and leadership skills, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
