About Us M.O.P. Vaishnav College for Women (Autonomous) is committed to the goals of attracting and supporting top-calibre women students in the areas of higher education. As part of this commitment, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Facility Manager who can ensure that our facilities are well-maintained, clean, and safe for everyone. Key responsibilities include: • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the college's facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations. • Coordinating with various departments to ensure that facilities meet their needs. • Developing and implementing policies and procedures for facility management. • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment. • Collaborating with other stakeholders to identify and address any issues or concerns related to facilities. The ideal candidate should have: • A degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. • At least 5 years of experience in facility management or a related field. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for facility management. • Certification in facility management (optional but desirable).
