This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility management, including property maintenance, vendor management, and ensuring a safe and functional environment for our tenants and employees. **Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and security. * Manage and negotiate contracts with vendors for services such as cleaning, landscaping, and security. * Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to identify and address maintenance needs. * Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards. * Manage the facilities budget and track expenses. * Respond to tenant and employee inquiries and concerns. * Coordinate and manage facility projects. * Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures. **About You:** * Proven experience in facility management or a related field. * Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. * Excellent organizational and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. * Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. * Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Relevant qualifications in facilities management or a related field are highly desirable. **What we offer:** * A collaborative and supportive work environment. * Opportunities for professional development and growth. * Competitive salary and benefits package. * The chance to work for a leading property development and investment group. * The opportunity to make a real impact on our business and our community.
