Facility Manager

You will lead the operation of the services of the assigned clients, managing the associated human team and guaranteeing compliance with the service levels agreed with the client. You will also coordinate new installations, contracting of services and ensure the optimal functioning, Cleaning, reception, and gardening.

️ Main Functions

• Daily management of the client relationship, anticipating needs and proposing continuous improvements.
• Responsibility for the contract's profit and loss account and service quality.
• Identification of savings opportunities, resource optimization, and internal synergies.
• Ensure compliance with current legislation, especially in risk prevention.
• Preparation of periodic reports and monitoring of SLAs.
• Monthly invoicing and analysis of budget deviations.
• Preparation of improvement proposals for the building and facilities.
• Management of documentation generated in the property.
• Preparation of the annual audit plan for facilities and locations.
• Follow-up of complaints and analysis of the needs of each user area.
• Supervision of works carried out in the building.
• Daily coordination of cleaning, auxiliary, and gardening services.

Position Profile

• Completed university degree.
• Master's degree in Facility Management is a plus.
• Experience in managing cleaning and maintenance services with own staff.
• Knowledge of integrated management systems.
• Fluent English is essential.
