Our approximately 100 operations are rented from various owners within a real estate portfolio with assets and management of approximately CHF 2.5 billion. Tertianum does not own any real estate itself, but is responsible for its maintenance and upkeep. Facility Manager HF as Regional Expert for Property Management & Security 80-100%

In your region, you will represent the group's property management & security and advocate for the needs of the managing directors and technical services. Especially with replacement investments, you will correspond with colleagues, owner representatives, and suppliers. You will ensure the efficient implementation of group-wide guidelines and standards in your region.

• Commercial and organizational management of your own portfolio of more than 20 properties
• Management of budgets and investment planning at the individual locations
• Advising and supporting managing directors and technical services during the procurement phases of new and replacement investments
• Participation in or leadership of owner discussions
• Training of managing directors and technical services in the field of safety and fire protection (ASGS)
• Safety and fire protection auditing at the locations
• Technical leadership of the employees in the technical services department
• Control, monitoring, and maintenance of systems and building technology
