• As Facility Manager / Hausmeister (w/m/d), you are responsible for the tenant-side maintenance and upkeep of the building.
• You coordinate our internal relocations and ensure that the planning of workspaces and furniture has been correctly implemented.
• You take over __painting and smaller maintenance tasks__n, carry out minor repairs in the building, and ensure the upkeep of outdoor areas and the fleet.
• In addition, you support the preparation and setup of internal events and are responsible for logistics, including inventory management and internal transportation of goods and materials.
• The recording and reporting of defects to external Facility Management is also part of your scope of duties, as well as close cooperation with Workplace-, Office- and Event-Teams.

• You have several years of professional experience as Facility Manager / Hotel-Facility Manager (w/m/d) or in the service-, event- or craft-related field.
• You possess a well-developed handicraft skill and practical problem-solving competence.
• You bring high self-responsibility, independent working style, and an excellent service- and hands-on mentality.
• In everyday life, you need a Class B driver's license.
