Facility Manager - Real Estate Management

LHH On behalf of a renowned and structured industrial reality, we are currently looking for a Facility Manager to manage and supervise the real estate portfolio of the group. Responsibilities The figure will be responsible for managing and coordinating technical and operational maintenance of the group's real estate portfolio, composed of various properties, including villas, offices, and apartments. It must ensure efficiency, safety, and full functionality of the buildings, coordinating suppliers, technicians, and external maintenance companies. Specifically, main activities will be: - Operational and technical management of the group's buildings; - Supervision of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance; - Coordination with suppliers, craftsmen, and external companies for interventions and service contracts; - Control and updating of technical and administrative documentation of the buildings; - Planning and monitoring of scheduled maintenance interventions; - Technical support for any renovation or improvement works on the buildings; - Management of reports and emergencies related to the real estate portfolio; - Preparation of periodic reports on the state of the real estate portfolio. Your Profile The ideal profile will possess the following requirements: - Technical diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related fields; - At least 3-5 years of experience in facility management, real estate management, or technical maintenance roles; - Good knowledge of civil installations (electrical, hydraulic, thermal); - Ability to manage suppliers and maintenance contracts.
