Facility Manager Building Services (m/f/d) – Full-time | Munich | 39 h/week

On behalf of our partner company in Munich, we are looking for you as a "Facility Manager Building Services (m/f/d)" at the earliest possible date.

Responsibilities

• As Facility Manager (m/f/d), you will monitor and optimize building services systems in the areas of climate control, ventilation, refrigeration, power supply, and safety technology.
• In addition, you will coordinate and control maintenance, inspection, and repair work as well as external service providers.
• Furthermore, you will analyze operational data, resolve technical faults, and ensure safe and efficient system operation.
• Additionally, you will further develop technical operating processes and energy management and optimize the energy efficiency of the buildings.
• In doing so, you will monitor compliance with legal regulations, document technical measures, and coordinate with internal and external contacts.

Qualifications

• You have a completed degree in building services engineering, electrical engineering, or building technology, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience as a Technical Building Manager (m/f/d), Facility Manager (m/f/d), or Building Services Engineer (m/f/d) is particularly suitable.
• You have sound knowledge in technical building management, ideally in data centers or industrial buildings.
• In addition, you have knowledge of MSR technology (measurement, control, and regulation technology) and experience with building bus systems.
• Technical understanding, analytical thinking, and a structured and self-reliant way of working are important.
