Facility Manager / Chef de projets infrastuctures industrielles

What will you do?

You enjoy piloting technical projects and ensuring the reliability of a site's industrial infrastructure? Our client is recruiting a Facility Manager to coordinate installations, maintenance, and service providers at the level of security, performance, and continuity of operations.

In this role, you are responsible for the global management of technical infrastructures and projects hard facility. You coordinate service providers, supervise work, and ensure compliance, budgets, and deadlines while keeping a long-term vision on site performance:
• You prepare and plan infrastructure and installation projects from analyzing needs to implementation.
• You develop technical specifications, estimate budgets, timelines, and resources needed.
• You coordinate interventions with production, maintenance, and internal services, considering security and exploitation constraints.
• You analyze, compare, and challenge technical and financial offers from subcontractors.
• You manage maintenance contracts and work (electricity, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety, access, and surveillance).
• You supervise the execution of construction projects and track progress, quality, costs, and any deviations.
• You manage preventive and corrective maintenance for buildings and technical installations.
• You oversee internal technicians and external service providers.
• You ensure compliance with security standards and regulations in force.
• You manage exterior infrastructure: signage, tracks, circulation zones, charging stations, and fire access points.
• You establish regular checklists of control, documented and accessible for internal follow-up and audits.
• You contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for technical, budgetary, and organizational optimization.
• At the end of each project, you analyze deviations between the specifications and final realization (costs, resources, planning).

Who are you?

• You master industrial electricity and maintenance of infrastructure
• You have good knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, fire safety, and access
• You can easily read and understand technical plans and security standards
• You are a rigorous organizer and able to anticipate
• You have natural leadership on the ground and good interpersonal skills
• You know how to negotiate and challenge service providers
• You like concrete, performance, and teamwork

Degree: Bachelor or Master in electrical engineering, industrial maintenance, electromechanical, HVAC, or equivalent

Professional knowledge: You have a solid experience of at least 3 years in technical project management or hard facility management ideally in an industrial sector.
