Facility Manager

Requirements:

• Completed secondary or higher education
• Intermediate level English language proficiency
• MS Office knowledge
• Knowledge in electrical installations, gas, water supply, drilling, ISU, ISCIR ( mandatory )
• Good communication skills
• Category B driving license

Responsibilities:

• Maintain relationships with state institutions and utility providers
• Contribute to the organization's sustainability
• Implement health, safety, quality, and environmental protection standards in facility management
• Ensure maintenance of factory installations and equipment (electrical, gas, water supply, drilling, ISU, ISCIR) and manage facility management services
• Provide support for the continuity of the organization's activity in emergency situations
• Responsible for the company car fleet (maintenance, inspections, and car documents)
