Facility Manager

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Leading the overall performance and day-to-day operations of the facility
• Building, mentoring and developing a positive, accountable team culture
• Managing budgets, occupancy, resources and operational performance
• Ensuring compliance with New Zealand aged care standards and audit requirements
• Working alongside clinical leaders to achieve excellent resident outcomes
• Building trusted relationships with residents, families and the wider community
• Driving continuous improvement across people, quality and service delivery

About You

You're a confident and approachable leader who understands that successful aged care facilities are built on strong people, sound business practices and exceptional resident experiences.

You'll bring:

• Proven leadership experience within New Zealand aged care
• Strong operational and people management capability
• Experience managing budgets, staffing and business performance
• Sound knowledge of quality, compliance and audit requirements
• The ability to coach, influence and develop high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

A current New Zealand Registered Nurse practising is required and there will be a shared on call roster.
