Our headquarters in De Pijp is the place where we work together, have fun, and enjoy each other’s company. To ensure we continue to do so, we are looking for a Facility Management intern. As a Facility Management intern, you will be the connector within our company together with the Office Manager and help create a great atmosphere and a pleasant and efficient working environment. What you will do

Together with the Office Manager, you will ensure that our headquarters is a place where people like to come to work. You will help with everything related to facilities: from inventory and maintenance to lunch, events, and you will be the first point of contact for visitors and colleagues. No day is the same, and you will have plenty of room to think along and take initiative.

Extra exciting: in January we are moving to a brand new office, namely CTPark. So you will be just in time to help build our new workplace! Leading up to the move, you will contribute to the interior design, the moving plan, and everything that comes with it. During and after the move, you will help with the interior design and furnishing of the building. How do we ensure that the office is not only beautiful but also truly feels like Crisp? You can think along fully about that!

• Your internship will include the following challenges:

• Together with the Office Manager, you will take care of supply, coordinate facility tasks, and identify what needs to be addressed.

• You will be responsible for the internal Office ticket system and will carefully process incoming tickets.

• You will contribute to and work on the move to our new office: from interior design and moving planning to furnishing the building.

• You will help daily with providing an extensive internal lunch and will think about company outings, drinks, and parties.

• You will process mail and packages that arrive via parcel post.

• The Office team is the business card of Crisp. From colleagues and applicants to suppliers and other visitors: you ensure that everyone feels welcome.

• You see opportunities to arrange things smarter, more fun, or better and will have the space to get started on them yourself.

• Together with our HR team, you will contribute to the job satisfaction of our colleagues and ensure that our Crisp culture and core values are reflected everywhere.

This is you

For your HBO (higher professional education) study, you are looking for a full-time, hands-on internship. Additionally, you possess the following:

• You are currently pursuing an HBO education.

• You are available for at least 5 months.

• You are available 32 to 40 hours per week.

• You are a presentable, hospitable, and connecting colleague.

• You have strong organizational skills and work in a structured manner.

• You are capable of working independently and proactively.

• You are eager to roll up your sleeves.

• You want to further develop in the field of Facility/Office Management.
