Facility & Maintenance

The resource will be responsible for the operational management and coordination of maintenance activities for company plants and facilities, interacting with external suppliers and technicians and ensuring the correct functioning and maintenance of the infrastructures.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

• Management and supervision of the reverse osmosis plant, including scheduling maintenance interventions and coordinating with specialized suppliers.
• Management of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of company plants.
• Coordination and management of external maintenance service providers, from the service request to the verification of the correct execution of the work.
• Management of interventions relating to electrical and plumbing systems, through the coordination of technicians and specialized companies.
• Management of the pest control service and its providers.
• Management of general maintenance of company structures and properties, including repair, painting, arrangement, and restoration interventions.
• Identification of the most suitable suppliers, request and evaluation of quotes, and organization of interventions.
• Monitoring of deadlines related to periodic and scheduled maintenance.
• Management and follow-up of open activities with suppliers, ensuring their completion within the agreed timeframe.
• Support in evaluating and implementing structural and plant improvement interventions.
• Preliminary analysis of new projects related to company infrastructures, for example, evaluation of photovoltaic systems, energy efficiency, and improvement of existing plants.
• Operational coordination of interventions at the company site, verifying timelines, execution methods, and completion of works.
• Maintenance of documentation and contacts related to suppliers, maintenance, interventions, and plants.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in managing the maintenance of company properties and plants.
• Good basic technical knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems and water treatment systems.
• Ability to effectively interface with external technicians and suppliers.
• Ability to request, compare, and evaluate quotes.
• Good organizational and planning skills.
• Autonomy in managing activities and ability to follow them through to complete resolution.
• Practical approach and problem-solving orientation.
• Ability to proactively identify critical issues and the need for intervention.
• Precision in monitoring deadlines and scheduled maintenance.

Work location: West Milan

Expected compensation: Gross Annual Salary €35,000 – €45,000
