Facility Maintenance Specialist

At a Glance Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Facility Maintenance Specialist to join the Starline Team in Tuas, Singapore. The Maintenance Specialist/Engineer will ensure optimum reliability and functionality for Legrand Starline facilities, grounds, manufacturing equipment, and fleet. Main Job Duties: · Oversees the day-to-day operations of the facility maintenance that needs to be done. · Lead the preventative maintenance program. Develops maintenance procedures and schedules, ensures compliance with safety regulations, and maintains accurate records of work performed. · Conducts routine inspections and identifies potential issues before they become major problems. · Collaborates with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination. · Provides technical support to facility staff on equipment operation and maintenance. · Performs tasks such as cleaning, painting, and minor repairs. · Assists in the development of budget and capital expenditure plans for facilities maintenance. · Maintains a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality at all times.
