Facility Coordinator

As Facility Coordinator, you will be the link between our customer, our facility teams, and our internal organization.

• Coordinate facility work (availability, planning, follow-up, etc.)
• Motivate and support executive staff
• Inspect and control technical installations such as HVAC, electricity, and sanitation.
• Prepare bids and maintenance plans for both construction and technical maintenance
• Maintain contact with the customer, suppliers, and colleagues from other departments

• Contribute to optimizing processes and service delivery
• You negotiate purchases, rates, and maintenance contracts and present them to your supervisor
• Manage contracts with external service providers such as cleaning, security, catering, and waste management.
• Carry out tenders
• Fulfill contractual obligations and ensure timely renewals or adjustments.
• Prepare reports on maintenance costs, energy consumption, and contract performance.
