Page Personnel The resource will respond directly to the Facility Manager of the company and support them in daily activities of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the corporate building. - Support in managing daily operations of corporate structures and service providers. - Collaborate on implementing preventive and corrective maintenance plans. - Assist the Facility Manager in coordinating and monitoring ordinary and extraordinary maintenance work on the building. - Manages inventory of materials and equipment to ensure maintenance. - Contacts and coordinates external suppliers (Cleaning, Security, Maintenance), ensuring that these services are carried out. - Supports project management for improving structures. - Receives and manages reports of problems and faults reported by colleagues on lighting, water, climate control systems and contacts technicians for fault resolution. The ideal resource has a Diploma in Geometra or a Diploma in Perito Elettrotecnico or Affine and has gained experience as a Facility Assistant or Junior Facility Manager for at least 1 year. A minimum of competence is required in identifying possible faults in hydraulic, electrical, and HVAC systems.
