The Role

We are seeking a person to fill the role of Facilities Supervisor based in one of our Auckland Schools.

Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will be responsible for providing assistance to the Facilities Management Team.

Key Responsibilities

Report to and aid our facilities coordinator

  • with annual budgets and financial reports
  • Participate in internal audits
  • Monitor compliances to Programmed FM Business Management Systems requirements
  • Maintain the currency and appropriateness of the Project Policy and Procedures Manual
  • Receive, register and allocate requests for service
  • Ensure that all office-based incidents are reported and investigated
  • Represent PFM at forums and meetings as required
  • Actively participate in Toolbox meetings
  • Record, register and report upon feedback received from the Precinct Operator and approved contractors

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in an administrative or similar role
  • Proficiency with data entry and proven skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational capabilities with attention to accuracy and detail
  • Ability to prioritise work to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work cooperatively and autonomously within a team environment
