Facilities Manager - Transport & Logistics

We are currently seeking a Facilities Manager to join our client in the Logistics & Transport Industry's team. As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the overall maintenance and management of our client's facilities, ensuring they meet regulatory standards and provide a safe and comfortable environment for employees and visitors.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the facilities
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
• Manage and coordinate work orders and maintenance requests
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage and negotiate vendor contracts
• Monitor and control facility budgets
• Supervise a team of maintenance staff
• Coordinate facility projects and renovations
• Provide regular reports on facility performance and activities

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Facilities Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of facility management principles and best practices
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to manage a diverse team and multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management or related field is preferred
• Professional certification in Facility Management is a plus

Benefits

• Salary: R500k CTC - R450k CTC (negotiable)
