We're executing India's flagship autonomous submarine project — the Jalkapi XLAUV — on order from the Indian Navy. This is an unmanned submarine weighing over 20 tons that can travel 5,000 kilometers autonomously and operate in the ocean for 30 days at a time. We're creating sophisticated underwater vehicles that can withstand extreme temperatures, pressures, and corrosive environments. Our team of experts is working tirelessly to develop cutting-edge technologies that enable these vessels to navigate through treacherous waters. Key responsibilities: • Manage the day-to-day operations of our facilities in Bangalore, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment for all employees. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements that enhance productivity and reduce costs. • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies. • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. • Identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards in the workplace. • Develop and manage budgets for facilities-related expenses. • Oversee maintenance and repair activities to ensure optimal equipment performance. • Coordinate with external partners and contractors as needed.
