Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and groundskeeping.
• Develop and manage maintenance programs, ensuring high standards and compliance.
• Handle space planning, renovations, and asset management.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintain facility records.
• Manage utility consumption and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare and manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and oversee vendor performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Lead emergency preparedness and risk management activities.
• Develop and implement security strategies and manage security systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in facility management with strong technical knowledge.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience in budgeting, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
• Proficiency in Facility Management Software and Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English required.
