We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Maintenance Carpenter to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks on our facilities, including carpentry work, repairs, and renovations. Responsibilities: • Perform routine maintenance tasks on facilities, including carpentry work, repairs, and renovations; • Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and take corrective action as needed; • Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities; • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our facilities and their systems; • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay current with industry best practices. Requirements: • 5+ years of experience as a carpenter or facilities maintenance technician; • Strong knowledge of carpentry, repair, and renovation techniques; • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces; • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to remote locations; • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
