Facilities Executive

About the Company

Our Client is a global leader in supply chain management solutions.

We’re looking for a Facilities Executive to support the upkeep of building facilities by coordinating maintenance activities, managing vendors, and ensuring safety and compliance across infrastructure systems.

• Schedule and oversee maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs for building equipment;
  
• Assist with troubleshooting of building systems to ensure optimal work environment;
  
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely maintenance work and compliance to contract and service levels;
  
• Address basic facility-related technical issues and escalate when necessary.
  

Requirements

• Diploma in building services, facilities management, or any related technical field;
  
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in facilities management, preferably within the same industry;
  
• Basic technical troubleshooting skills;
  
• Keen attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English;
  
• Ability to work well independently as well as in a team.
