Facilities Engineer (J51850)

Job description

Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate all installations, including heating, electricity, plumbing, equipment control, etc., as well as refurbishments of installations. Carry out documentation and payments of the different dependencies, which provide us with their services, water, electricity, rents, payments to the dependencies. Manage the maintenance of equipment, projects and supplies to comply with health, safety and external audit standards. Inspect building structures to determine the need for repairs or replacements. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. Monitor and control energy consumption and waste management. Develop and implement strategies to reduce environmental impact. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential hazards and take corrective action.
