Job description
We are looking for a Facilities Engineer:
Responsibilities:
- Ensures that existing equipment functions at maximum efficiency (HVAC, air compressors etc.);
- Promotes, initiates and monitors cost-saving projects within the unit by bringing them to completion;
- Ensures that all relevant documentation is completed and placed on new and used equipment (i.e. warranty information, C3 documents, preventive maintenance procedures etc.).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Engineering - Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial;
- Minimum 3 years of experience;
- Experience in execution or maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical installations and automation, sanitary installations, BMS (Building Management Systems);
- Budgeting, planning, coordinating work, project management;
- AutoCAD, asset management software.
