Key Responsibilities Facilities & Maintenance Management Oversee the condition, operation, and maintenance of buildings, infrastructure, and equipment Develop and implement a preventative maintenance plan to minimise downtime and extend asset lifespan Schedule and coordinate routine inspections, servicing, and repairs Manage contractors and service providers, ensuring work is completed to standard and within budget Maintain asset registers, maintenance schedules, and service records Respond to maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues Coordinate with stakeholders to identify and address potential maintenance needs Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards Monitor and report on maintenance activities and costs Provide support to facilities management team as required
