Facilities Clerk * CBD Law Firm

One of Australia's largest law firms, with more than 1000 staff nationally, is looking for a proactive and hands-on Facilities Clerk to join their Melbourne CBD office.

This full-time, in-office opportunity sits within the Business Services team of this award-winning law firm and plays a key part in the smooth day-to-day running of the firm’s largest office (home to almost 500 people!). You’ll be the go-to person for all things facilities, included but not limited to:

• overseeing building maintenance and service requests
• coordinating with the IT team for new starters to the firm
• office desk relocations
• assisting with event set ups and coordination
• managing security passes for visitors
• meeting room organisation
• managing office supplies, and so much more

This is a busy and varied role where you will manage competing priorities on a daily basis, liaising with lawyers, legal support staff, and management to coordinate and action their facilities requests. As such, professionalism, high level organisation and proven experience in facilities management within a professional services environment will be essential to your success. You'll be working closely with the firm's Facilities Manager, who leads with a supportive and approachable style, ensuring you’re set up for success from day one.
