Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
- Issuing permits to work and hot work permits for onsite and external contractors
- Reviewing JSA and SWMS documents and ensuring contractor compliance with H&S guidelines
- Monitoring and managing site security – including gatehouse duties, CCTV systems, and perimeter checks
- Performing daily facility inspections and reporting any maintenance needs
- Assisting departments with bin collection, truck loading, and general site logistics
- Operating forklifts and MHE to support logistics and recycling processes
- Managing cardboard and polystyrene baling to support our sustainability efforts
- Supporting general facilities maintenance as needed
