is partnering with a family office in Johannesburg to recruit an experienced and service-driven Facilities & Guest Experience Manager. PLEASE NOTE: This position is only open to South African Residents. This is a highly visible, office-based role suited to a polished facilities or hospitality professional who combines strong operational oversight with a natural hosting presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office environment while delivering a consistently remarkable guest experience. Key responsibilities include: • Overseeing the overall maintenance and upkeep of the office premises, including coordination with external contractors and vendors; • Ensuring the efficient use of resources, including budgeting and cost control; • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the overall guest experience, including identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed; • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders; • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all interactions are professional, courteous, and respectful. The ideal candidate will possess: • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., hospitality, facilities management); • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role or related field; • Strong operational and logistical skills; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
