Facilites Manager

Your Purpose To evolve our purpose of inspiring people to live active lives by working towards creating a global Social Wellness Club. To enable exceptional member experiences within our clubs through the proactive maintenance of our facilities. As a member of the Maintenance team, you will be responsible for the preventative and reactive maintenance within your club. Your Duties and Responsibilities Complete preventative maintenance activities on the following equipment (but not limited to): Outdoor Fitness Equipment, Treadmills, Stationary Bikes, Elliptical Machines, Rowing Machines, Free Weights, Kettlebells, Resistance Bands, Exercise Mats, Jump Ropes, Medicine Balls, Balance Beams, Agility Ladders, and other equipment as needed. Perform routine inspections of all facilities to identify potential hazards or maintenance needs. Conduct regular cleaning and disinfection of all facilities to ensure a safe and healthy environment for members. Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize member experiences. Collaborate with the Maintenance team to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. Your Skills and Qualifications Strong understanding of facility maintenance principles and practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Physical stamina to perform routine inspections and maintenance activities.
