You take over the sale of meat and sausage products, partly also small dishes. You advise and inform the customers about ingredients and possible uses of the products. In addition, you present and package butcher products, decorate displays and ensure order and cleanliness in the sales room. Furthermore, you prepare meat products and snacks and produce delicatessen salads.
