For our customer in Lucerne, we are looking for a motivated and flexible person as Specialist: Securities Backoffice (100%) for approximately 6 months. Tasks - Corporate Actions, Clearing & Settlement: You record corporate actions for stocks, bonds, and funds and process stock transactions including settlement. - Master data management: The assessment and maintenance of financial instruments also belong to your area of responsibility. - Daily reconciliations: You conduct deposit and account reconciliations and check and release FX- and cash transactions. - Process monitoring: In automated processes, you take over the monitoring and exception handling. - Further development & optimization: You support the analysis and introduction of new financial products and recognize potential for optimization in existing workflows? Automation included. Profile - Several years of experience in processing securities transactions and ideally knowledge of the SimCorp Dimension securities system as well as various financial instruments. - High quality orientation and a structured, efficient, and meticulous working method. - Good IT understanding and willingness to understand and question processes also in an automated environment. - Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking round off your profile.
