As our long-standing incumbent is retiring in early 2027, we are seeking an engaged and structured personality. Due to the comprehensive scope of tasks, we place great value on a well-founded, several-months-long training period. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks: • Management of supplier data and creditworthiness • Analysis and evaluation of supplier data • Development of supplier strategies • Coordination of supplier communication • Support of the procurement process • Analysis and evaluation of procurement data • Development of procurement strategies • Coordination of procurement communication • Support of the logistics process • Analysis and evaluation of logistics data • Development of logistics strategies • Coordination of logistics communication • Support of the inventory management process • Analysis and evaluation of inventory management data • Development of inventory management strategies • Coordination of inventory management communication • Support of the financial accounting process • Analysis and evaluation of financial accounting data • Development of financial accounting strategies • Coordination of financial accounting communication • Support of the reporting process • Analysis and evaluation of reporting data • Development of reporting strategies • Coordination of reporting communication • Support of the IT system process • Analysis and evaluation of IT system data • Development of IT system strategies • Coordination of IT system communication • Support of the process optimization process • Analysis and evaluation of process optimization data • Development of process optimization strategies • Coordination of process optimization communication. The successful candidate will have a degree in business administration, economics, or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently. The position is a full-time position with a salary of CHF 80,000 to CHF 100,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
