IP and Technology Specialist (m/w/d) 80-100%

Adecco We are looking for an IP and Technology Specialist (m/w/d) 80-100% immediately or by arrangement. Tasks - Conducting IP-based technology analyses in various industries and presenting the results to relevant teams - Researching novelty and evaluating ideas, as well as close cooperation with inventors to discuss results - Coordinating the patent process, including collaboration with our external law firm - Initiating and conducting analyses of third-party components, materials, and methods, also for patent application purposes - Reviewing planned publications for IP-relevant content - Supporting the team in IP-related contract negotiations (e.g. license, development, and confidentiality agreements) Profile - Master's degree in engineering sciences (mechanical engineering, chemistry, electrical engineering) or natural sciences (physics, chemistry) - 3 to 10 years of experience in an industrial environment, ideally with a focus on intellectual property - Knowledge of patent research for the creation of technology landscapes and novelty evaluations - Technical understanding to interpret chemical/physical analyses and/or products - First experiences or interest in contract negotiations are advantageous - Enthusiasm for technology, innovation, and IP themes, as well as the ability to raise awareness of intellectual property within the organization - Team-oriented, analytical, and communicative personality - Verhandlungssicheres English (C2), German, and/or Dutch knowledge is a plus Benefits - Varied tasks in a future-oriented company - Close cooperation with internal departments, external partners, and specialized law firms - A motivated team within the Advanced Technologies department - A comprehensive onboarding program and tailored further education opportunities Contact Information If you have any questions about this job posting (Reference: JN-012025-697222), please contact Alessandro Meister at 0582332826.
