Collections Specialist*
What awaits you:
- Telephone and written contact with insured persons or authorities
- Responsible for the entire debt collection process for assigned agencies
Processing of address inquiries & returns Substitution in the processing of inheritance casesLong-standing, well-coordinated teamUp to 2 days home office possible after the probationary period
What you bring:
- Apprenticeship (EFZ) / Commercial employee, commercial diploma, or equivalent qualification
- Experience in debt collection and/or accounting is an advantage
- Team spirit, discretion, ability to set boundaries, and empathy are prerequisites
- Confident communication in German, any other foreign language is an advantage
- Sound knowledge of common Office applications
- Technical knowledge of our programs (Syrius, Debit, CRM) is an advantage
