What you do
You process and coordinate incoming claims documents, ensuring they are processed efficiently and correctly
You analyze and optimize existing processes in claims input management to increase efficiency and quality
You work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
You support the implementation of new technologies and tools that further improve claims processing
You actively contribute to the further development of the team by sharing your knowledge and bringing in innovative ideas
What you bring
Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification, ideally with experience in insurance or claims management
Strong analytical skills and an affinity for process optimization
High IT affinity and experience in using modern tools and systems
Team-oriented and communicative personality with a solution-oriented mindset
