Specialist Risk Offset - Focus Data Governance & Analysis We build bridges and apply our expertise on behalf of Swiss health insurance companies, cantons, and the federal government. We take a central role in implementing Swiss and European social security law. In accordance with agreement, we are looking for a colleague to join the Risk Offset team. They will contribute to the operational implementation as well as technical further development of risk offset measures. The tasks include: • Development and maintenance of data governance concepts and frameworks; • Analysis and evaluation of existing data governance processes; • Design and implementation of data quality control mechanisms; • Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements; • Identification and mitigation of risks in the context of data governance; • Development of training programs for employees on data governance topics; • Support in the development of data-driven decision-making processes. The ideal candidate should have: • A university degree in a relevant field (e.g. computer science, mathematics, statistics); • Several years of experience in data governance and analysis; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) is an advantage.
