We are looking for a Specialist in Accounting & Finance 60% (m/f/d) starting mid-January or by agreement

Your tasks:

• Independent management of the ongoing bookkeeping for a small group company with a focus on accounts payable and accounts receivable, including payment, dunning, and debt collection procedures.
• Preparation of monthly internal interim financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss statement, accruals, fixed asset accounting, etc.), including account reconciliation.
• Independent management of ongoing VAT accounting and preparation of VAT returns.
• Preparation and creation of the annual financial statements according to OR in cooperation with the supervisor and the auditors.
• Support in the preparation of monthly controlling and reporting instruments for management and the board of directors.
• Further development and responsibility for internal financial processes and active participation in projects.
• Point of contact for financial matters for external and internal stakeholders.
• Internal support in administrative areas.

Your profile:

• Commercial apprenticeship and solid further training in accounting and finance, or higher vocational training (e.g., certified specialist in finance and accounting or higher vocational examination in accounting and controlling), or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in bookkeeping, ideally in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
• Very good user knowledge of ABACUS and confident handling of MS Office.
• Fluent German in spoken and written form; English is an advantage.
• High affinity for numbers as well as a systematic and precise working method.
• Analytical, networked process thinking and problem-solving and implementation skills.
• Understanding of figures as well as their analysis and interpretation.
• Reliable and punctual in collaboration.
