With around 40 employees, we develop and produce efficient electric heaters under the AeroFlow brand – from the idea to the heating system build to global distribution, all under one roof.

To ensure that our quality management system remains not only norm-compliant but also effective and practical, we are looking for you as a specialist in quality management systems & audits (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

Your Mission

• You understand corporate processes, think structured, and enjoy developing quality systematically.
• You operate, maintain, and develop our quality management system according to ISO 9001 further.
• You ensure the audit readiness of the QMS and accompany internal, external, and certification audits.
• You are responsible for document control, change control, deviation, complaint, and CAPA processes.
• You assess and monitor suppliers and ensure regulatory requirements.
• You analyze causes, implement measures, and check their effectiveness.
• You work process-oriented, support departments, and moderate training sessions and workshops.
• You develop key figures, prepare management evaluations, and drive continuous improvement actively forward.

Qualification

What you bring

• Fundamental understanding of ISO 9001:2015, ideally with a further education as a quality specialist 9001:2015.
• Experience with central QM methods and concepts.
• Praxis in building, operating, or developing an audit-ready QMS.
• Routine in document control (QM handbook, SOPs, work instructions, forms).
• Structured working approach to cause analyses (e.g. 5-Why, Ishikawa) and measure follow-up.
• Experience in planning, conducting, and documenting internal audits as well as accompanying external audits.
• Process-oriented thinking and the ability to anchor requirements clearly in departments.
• Safe handling of digital document management systems, QMS or ERP-QM modules, and Microsoft 365.
• Communication strength, assertiveness, and a pragmatic view for feasible solutions.
