Function Specialist Health Insurance Benefits - Inpatient (m/f/d) 80-100%, permanent, starting immediately Tasks- Review and processing of claims, cost approvals, and settlements in the inpatient care sector
- Telephone and written advice for insured persons and service providers
- Clarification of complex claims in cooperation with the medical advisory service
- Exchange with internal specialist departments to clarify open questions
- Support with technical questions regarding inpatient benefits
- Ensuring efficient and customer-oriented case processing
- Identification of discrepancies and initiation of appropriate investigations
- Processing of complaints
- Commercial or healthcare training
- Professional experience in claims processing for a health insurance company
- Knowledge of inpatient care and ideally experience with RAI-HC or BESA
- Very good German and Italian language skills are mandatory
- Independent, solution-oriented way of working with strong decision-making ability
- Open, communicative personality with enjoyment of collaboration
