This contribution you can make

• Telephone and written support for predominantly German-speaking
  SKB customers
• Checking customer and payment orders, entering customer data and services, as well as participating in daily accounting
• Taking over compliance tasks in the areas of GwG, FATCA, AIA, and data protection
• Co-managing the areas of "E-Banking" and "Payment Transactions", in particular ensuring and optimizing cooperation with the external IT provider and testing releases
• Creating reports, checklists, manuals, and customer information
• Participating in SKB projects

What makes you unique

• Banking apprenticeship or commercial training with knowledge in the financial services sector
• Several years of professional experience in the financial services sector; in-depth knowledge of payment transactions and interest in compliance topics
• Proficient in using common banking applications and digital work tools; awareness of data protection and information security
• Good conceptual and editorial skills; independent and responsible way of working
• Integrity, service orientation, teamwork, flexibility, and willingness for continuous further training
• Good knowledge of a second national language
