As an addition to our team, we are looking for a Specialist in Patient Scheduling (m/f/d) 80 - 90 % by appointment.
Your Tasks
Receive patient registrations
Enter patient data in SAP
Schedule inpatients for several locations (Rehaklinik Gais, Rehaklinik and Rehaklinik Triemli)
Obtain cost approvals and clarify additional costs
Create quotes for difference costs, service, and room upgrades
General administrative activities
Contact with insurers and referring physicians - Interdisciplinary collaboration internally and externally
Your Profile
Completed vocational training in a medical field or commercial vocational training with experience in the healthcare sector
Good PC user skills with experience in SAP is an advantage
Further training as a healthcare administrator is an advantage
Experience in the healthcare sector, patient administration, or the health insurance industry
In-depth knowledge of Swiss healthcare laws with their tariff systems (DRG, TARPSY, and ST-Reha) is an advantage - Enjoy dealing with patients and guests
High resilience as well as a competent and friendly demeanor
Quick comprehension as well as a swift, independent, and self-responsible way of working
Good verbal and written communication skills
