• You will take on strategic, conceptual, and operational tasks in the technology management of the Civil Engineering department with a focus on digitalization, processes, and efficiency improvements.
• You will work on innovative projects and develop future-oriented solutions for railway infrastructure.
• You will support the Project Management department as a specialist as needed with technical and subject-specific questions.
• You will prepare expert reports and contribute to the further development of regulations, guidelines, and standards.
• You will be involved in national expert committees and promote knowledge exchange with universities, research partners, and companies.

What you bring with you

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Transport Systems, or a comparable field of study.
• Interest in future topics such as digitalization, AI, and circular economy in civil engineering.
• Analytical mindset and the ability to act in a networked and interdisciplinary manner.
• Independent, proactive, and service-oriented way of working.
• Initial experience in project or technology management is an advantage.
